About Him
Having breakfast with a good friend, with maybe just
the sound of the birds preparing for their day is nice, a gentle breeze through the trees.
A friend who will put your feet back on the ground when you're taking yourself too seriously, is valuable, almost priceless.
I like music, I enjoy the lyrics in songs by Neil Young, Springsteen, Pink Floyd, Leonard Cohen, Wagner and Dylan and a lot of the new modern ones, but straight poetry goes way over my head, so perhaps I'm a bit challenged, intellectually?
Sometimes, I enjoy driving on a bright and fresh winter's day with the top down, or the windows open if the top does not go down.
To share a glass of good red wine at sunset, talking, saving the world, and discussing maybe life or politics, with fine friends is also good. Some faint strains of favourite music in the background also make these good times.
Perhaps having Ducks, or Geese walking in the backyard asking for food, may enhance one's life, or do you know better? Retired now and living on a Safe and Secure Farm, which is actually a Nursery. Also, I'm not here looking for a Caregiver, Someone to wash my Tee-shirts or iron my Jeans, I do that quite well myself. Still fairly fit and I'm quite healthy, no Medication of any kind.
